Location: Tire Rack – South Bend, IN (On-Site Preferred) Hybrid/ Remote Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
 
Tire Rack is looking for an AEM Developer II to join our growing technology team in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will develop and maintain components within our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform while helping ensure our digital experiences remain secure, scalable, and high-performing.
This position is ideal for a developer who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the continued development and optimization of our web platforms.
 
What You’ll Do
<ul type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal">Develop and maintain reusable components for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) following current Adobe best practices</li><li class="MsoNormal">Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM functionality and site performance</li><li class="MsoNormal">Collaborate with system administration teams on deployment processes, optimization efforts, and system upgrades</li><li class="MsoNormal">Provide guidance on best practices and future direction for AEM usage within the organization</li><li class="MsoNormal">Serve as a primary point of contact for AEM issues experienced by authors and quality assurance teams</li><li class="MsoNormal">Support and manage AEM integrations with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target</li><li class="MsoNormal">Ensure development aligns with best practices around security, accessibility, SEO, and user experience</li><li class="MsoNormal">Maintain and update technical documentation related to AEM components and processes</li><li class="MsoNormal">Collaborate with teammates and department managers to review work, gather feedback, and improve development practices</li><li class="MsoNormal">Update project management software daily with status updates and percent completion on active tasks</li><li class="MsoNormal">Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul>
