Role: - Plan, design, develop, and deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements in alignment with Mastercard standards, processes, and best practices. - Lead day-to-day development and maintenance activities to meet SLAs, ensuring high-quality, scalable, cost-effective solutions with rapid time to market. - Own the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements definition, design, development, testing strategy, performance benchmarking, release planning, deployment, and contingency/back-out plans, feasibility study, cost and time analysis and detailed estimates. - Provide production support, including incident management, root cause analysis, remediation, and participation in on-call support rotations. - Select and apply appropriate technical frameworks, tools, and delivery methodologies based on project and technology needs. - Maintain and evolve solution architectures and technology roadmaps. - Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies. - Participate in Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and collaborate with vendors to support product and technology selection. - Coordinate with offshore development teams to manage daily activities and delivery. - Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards; continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. - Ensure adequate coverage across Unit Testing, System Testing/Integration Testing, and performance testing. - Conduct quality inspections and reviews throughout the SDLC (requirements, design, code, security) to ensure compliance with Mastercard standards. - Mentor, coach, and provide technical training to team members, including knowledge-sharing sessions on new technologies and practices.
