<li>Collaborate with Software Architects and Product Managers to build out Exostar’s microservices platform on Microsoft Azure. </li>

<li>Create or identify tools to help engineers deliver, design, test and monitor software systems that can be maintained without the originators continued involvement. </li>

<ul>
<li>Increase cross-training and collaboration between groups, breaking down silos in place. </li>
<li>Lay out  .NET, Java, UI (Angular), Data and Azure based technology roadmaps and provide organizational visibility on progress to deliver. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>10+ years of progressive experience in SaaS software development. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of leadership experience leading software development teams. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with global and remote teams. </li>
</ul>

</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills with experience communicating to senior leaders and executives. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience building technology teams by laying out recruiting and staffing strategies. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience rolling out technology transformation and modernization of legacy software and development practices. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Cloud development expertise on Azure/AWS/GCP including intimate familiarity with best practices. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience driving and owning the SDLC and optimizing and implementing secure, stable continuous delivery practices. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience in highly regulated domains is a strong advantage. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Deep experience with security and compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-171/53, CMMC, FedRAMP, or equivalent in regulated industries, Zero Trust architecture Identity-first design (IAM, federation, FIDO), Secure SDLC (DevSecOps) </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>BS/MS in Computer Science or related field. </li>
</ul>
