The Lead Software Engineer provides technical leadership across multiple teams and projects, balancing hands-on development with strategic architectural guidance. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions while mentoring developers and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.

Work alongside data professionals, contributing to the design and implementation of data architectures that meet the evolving needs of the business. Support the transformation of raw data into usable information for analysts and other internal stakeholders.
