Position Summary:
Software Application Developers design, build, implement, and maintain business-facing software applications to meet organizational needs. Software Application Developers maintain and support both new and existing applications to enhance function and maintain or improve performance, in addition to identifying opportunities for automation. This role will build solutions to directly support the day-to-day operations of the organization.

<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Write program code to translate requirements for user-friendly interfaces and services into functioning applications</li>
<li style="line-height:115%;margin:0.0in 0.0in 1.0E-4pt 0.0px;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Integrate applications with enterprise systems and develop APIs to ensure smooth data exchange across systems</li>
<li style="line-height:115%;margin:0.0in 0.0in 1.0E-4pt 0.0px;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Produce efficient, readable code that satisfies requirements and meets industry, SIA, and team standards</li>
<li style="line-height:115%;margin:0.0in 0.0in 1.0E-4pt 0.0px;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Conduct thorough testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.</li>
<li style="line-height:115%;margin:0.0in 0.0in 1.0E-4pt 0.0px;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Provide ongoing support for custom applications and troubleshoot issues with minimal disruption to critical business operations</li>
<li style="line-height:115%;margin:0.0in 0.0in 1.0E-4pt 0.0px;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Modify software to fix errors, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces</li>
<li style="line-height:115%;margin:0.0in 0.0in 1.0E-4pt 0.0px;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Lead and/or support continuous improvement activities to improve application functionality and performance</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
