We are seeking a Software Developer to join our team at our Corporate Office in Grand Island, Nebraska. As a developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining new/existing WinForms applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. Additionally, you will need to support end-users (local/remote) and possess hardware capabilities for monitoring, repairing, and maintaining computer equipment as needed.<br />

**Salary:**<br />

$75,000 - $90,000+/year, negotiable based on experience<br />

**Qualifications:**<br />
<br />
- 2+ years of professional experience in .NET development.<br />
- Experience in developing WinForms applications using .NET (VB.net preferred), additional experience working with ASP.NET is a plus.<br />
- Proficient in SQL Server database concepts and design.<br />
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize SQL databases to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity.<br />
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.<br />
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.<br />
- Strong communication and teamworking skills.<br />
- Ability to excel in both a solo and team capacity.<br />
- Proficiency in a Microsoft environment.<br />

**Responsibilities:**<br />

- Design, develop, and maintain new/existing WinForms applications using the Microsoft .NET framework.<br />
