Senior Full Stack Developers are crucial in helping lead the efforts for developing and designing front-end web architectures, that are driven by the middleware created to retrieve information from one of the several back-end sources that provide the lifeblood of our business. </span><span style="color: #0d0d0d;">This role will excel in leadership of our evolving technology stack, which currently includes JavaScript, GraphQL, Jest, Kafka, MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), NestJS, Redis, SQL, and TypeScript, and demonstrate proficient skills in test-driven development, RESTful APIs, collaboration, communication, security best practices, and performance optimization. </span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="color: #0d0d0d; font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Duties may include, but are not limited to: </span></p>

Pay Range:
USD $100,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead design and development of front-end web architectures driven by middleware to retrieve information from back-end sources.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead development of software in our technology stack, which is constantly evolving but currently includes JavaScript, GraphQL, Jest, Kafka, MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), NestJS, Redis, SQL, and TypeScript.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help grow the development practice via coding, code reviewing, acting as a technical bridge on the team, as well as being able to dig into some of the more complex areas of the system when knowledge is lacking in house.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead team in test-driven development and proper unit testing. </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain knowledge of security best practices in web development to safeguard customer and company data.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Scour and evaluate new technologies and contribute to the overall product roadmaps of both internal and external 3rd party systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design performance optimized and scalable web applications.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Utilize agile methodologies and scrum planning tools like Jira to help the development team meet its sprint goal.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications:
<p style="margin: 0px;"><em><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Minimum Qualifications:</span></strong></em></p><ul><li><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field, 5 years of experience in a development role OR combination of education and experience in front end, middleware, or backend development. </span></p></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Any technical certifications from Amazon, Atlassian, Google, Microsoft, or in an essential duty mentioned above are a plus.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A final in-person interview maybe required for this position. </span></strong></p>
