Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking a highly proficient Microsoft Power Platform Developer and Data Analytics Specialist to work in Texarkana TX. This contractor will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying bespoke solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The core objective of this role is to take complex data sets from our internal Depot Information Visualization Solution (DIVs) and transform them into intuitive, interactive, and insightful reports. These solutions will be seamlessly integrated into our SharePoint ecosystem to provide users with on-demand access to critical information, fostering a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical understanding of the Power Platform, coupled with a strong analytical mindset. They must be adept at navigating complex technical challenges and capable of delivering robust solutions under pressure and within accelerated timelines. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve project objectives.

A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

The contractor will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of data-driven applications and reports. Key responsibilities include:

		<li style="margin-left:8px">Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for reporting and application development.</li>
		<li style="margin-left:8px">Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and architectural designs for Power Platform solutions.</li>
		<li style="margin-left:8px">Design data models and structures to effectively support reporting and analytical requirements.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li style="margin-left:8px; margin-bottom:11px">Application &amp; Workflow Development:
	<ul style="list-style-type:circle">
		<li style="margin-left:8px">Develop custom, user-friendly canvas and model-driven applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline business processes and improve data interaction.</li>
		<li style="margin-left:8px">Build sophisticated, automated workflows using Power Automate to connect various data sources, reduce manual effort, and ensure data integrity.</li>
		<li style="margin-left:8px">Write and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code and formulas within the Power Platform environment.</li>

	<li style="margin-left:8px; margin-bottom:11px">Data Visualization &amp; Reporting:

		<li style="margin-left:8px">Extract, transform, and load data from the Depot Information Visualization Solution (DIVs) and other relevant sources into Power BI.</li>
		<li style="margin-left:8px">Develop compelling, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that provide clear, actionable insights and track key performance indicators.</li>
		<li style="margin-left:8px">Implement row-level security and data governance best practices within Power BI to ensure data is appropriately managed.</li>

	<li style="margin-left:8px; margin-bottom:11px">Integration &amp; Deployment:

		<li style="margin-left:8px">Integrate the developed Power Apps, Power BI reports, and automated workflows into the organization&rsquo;s SharePoint environment, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.</li>
		<li style="margin-left:8px">Manage the deployment of solutions across development, testing, and production environments.</li>
		<li style="margin-left:8px">Conduct thorough testing and debugging of all solutions to ensure high quality and reliability.</li>
