We are seeking an IT Programmer/Analyst/SQL Administrator for our TBEI Lake Crystal, MN location. This onsite, Monday–Friday role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting internal applications, SQL databases, and reporting systems that drive business operations. The position partners with IT, Finance, and other teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and implement system enhancements, including reporting and integrations across ERP, web, and production systems. This role will also support the transition to Power BI, troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliable system functionality.
 
Job Summary:
The IT Programmer/Analyst/SQL Administrator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting internal applications, databases, and reporting systems that support business operations. This role works closely with IT, Finance, and business teams to analyze system requirements, recommend solutions, and implement improvements to existing programs and processes. The position focuses on SQL database administration, complex reporting development, and integration between ERP systems, internal web applications, and production systems.
