Develops, tests, and maintains programmatic solutions to migrate data from legacy systems to Workday and its various functional modules. Develops, tests, and maintains new and existing BIRT Designs utilizing Workday Custom Reports (RaaS), Calculated Fields, and JavaScript.</li><li>Effectively documents the architecture, design, and functionality of software under development while adhering to technology and industry standards and best practices.</li><li>Adheres to Information Technology and security standards and implements appropriate security safeguards to protect and maintain confidentiality and privacy of information.</li><li>Tests integrations, applications, programs, and systems. Verifies that data input and output is accurate, complete, and usable for processing. Creates specifications and makes recommendations for changes assisting stakeholders in the efficiency and flow of their business processes or procedures.</li><li>Resolves system errors or failures. Problems addressed include hardware, software, and procedures.</li><li>Participates in the development of testing strategies and testing plans.
