<li>Partner with internal teams (engineering, operations, support, product) to identify repetitive processes and implement scalable, reliable automation solutions.</li>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, Slack and Zoom apps, and AWS Lambda.</li>
<li>Evaluate and integrate AI-powered features of automation platforms to intelligently route, prioritize, and respond to workflows.</li>
<li>Build and maintain dashboards or monitoring solutions to track automation performance and health.</li>
<li>Write custom scripts using JavaScript, Python, or other suitable languages to extend automation capabilities.</li>
<li>Contribute to the documentation and best practices of automation strategies at Goodleap.</li>
<li>Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure automations comply with enterprise standards.</li>

<li>Effective communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>6+ years of software engineering or solution engineering experience.</li>

<li>Hands-on experience with one or more automation platforms such as Zapier, N8N, Workato, or similar.</li>
<li>Experience integrating APIs and webhooks for automation purposes.</li>
