            <p>We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our engineering solutions team in West Virginia. This role is well-suited for recent graduates or engineers with 1–2 years of experience who are looking to gain hands-on development experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will contribute to building healthcare software solutions that improve patient outcomes while learning from experienced teammates and developing your technical skills.
