<li>Lead UI/UX design activities including conceptual modeling, information architecture, wireframes, flowcharts, and high‑fidelity prototypes.</li>
<li>Facilitate observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and iterative design sessions.</li>
<li>Develop UI mockups, clickable prototypes, and proof‑of‑concept interfaces using Figma and prototyping tools.</li>
<li>Create original graphic assets suchas icons, images, sketches, tables, and visual components.</li>
<li>Implement layout adjustments and design refinements based on user research and testing results.</li>
<li>Identify and troubleshoot UX/UI issues, usability gaps, and design inconsistencies.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and federal UX policies.</li>
