About the roleAs an Automation Tester with Hammer/Cyara and Conversational AI Testing experience, you will make an impact by designing, executing, and enhancing automated testing solutions that ensure high‑quality digital experiences—specifically across conversational AI, voice interactions, and telephony platforms. You will be a valued member of the QA Engineering team and collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and automation architects to enable fast, reliable, and scalable product delivery.In this role, you will: •    Develop, maintain, and optimize test automation frameworks using tools such as Hammer On Demand, Cyara, and Selenium. •    Conduct automation and functional testing for conversational AI experiences, including chatbots and voice assistants. •    Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, backend API, and database testing. •    Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality software releases. •    Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous quality validation.
