This role blends hands-on development with client interaction, problem-solving, and mentorship, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical execution and strategic contribution.What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using established development methodologies</li><li>Collaborate closely with client teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs and processes</li><li>Participate in client meetings, gather feedback, and ensure deliverables meet expectations</li><li>Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of business applications and technical solutions</li><li>Lead or support development efforts on projects of varying size and complexity</li><li>Facilitate problem-solving sessions with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive improvements and innovation</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for key technologies and products, providing insights and recommendations</li><li>Respond to client inquiries and present complex system concepts in a clear, concise manner</li><li>Research emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement</li><li>Mentor and support less experienced developers, helping to build team capability and technical skill sets</li><li>Partner with IT leadership to support budgeting efforts and identify cost-effective solutions</li></ul>What You’ll Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience</li><li>8&#43; years of experience in software engineering, application development, or technical architecture</li><li>Strong proficiency in Java, JEE, Spring, JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript</li><li>Experience building scalable applications using design patterns, concurrency, and caching strategies</li><li>Solid experience developing RESTful APIs and working with SQL based databases</li><li>Recent hands-on experience building single-page applications (SPAs) using modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js</li><li>Experience writing and maintaining unit tests across front-end and service layers (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Karma)</li><li>Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker</li><li>Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, DOM, XML, and JSON</li><li>Experience working with build and CI/CD tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Gulp, or Grunt</li><li>Ability to design and document technical solutions, including building reusable frameworks, utilities, or reference implementations</li><li>Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with authentication/authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, SSO, MFA, LDAP, IAM, TLS)</li><li>Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or simila</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li> Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, SQS, etc.)</li></ul>Things You Should Know<ul><li>This team primarily operates in a remote environment, with occasional in-office presence as needed.</li></ul>DISCLAIMER: This job description is designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates within this classification.
