Assists with grant applications (e.g., proposal writing) and grant management (e.g., preparing midterm or final reports).   PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:  EDUCATION: PhD from an accredited college or university in atmospheric science or related fields (e.g., math, physics, or computer science).
