        <div data-bind="html: Job.Requirements"><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p><p>· Secret Security Clearance: active or eligibility to obtain and maintain</p><p>· Ability to operate in classified and unclassified environments, including NIPRNet systems</p><p>· Strong written and verbal communication skills for military and civilian interaction</p><p>· Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person training and operational support</p><p>· Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, workflows, and operational contexts</p><p>· Team-oriented and capable of collaborating with diverse Army and contractor personnel</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Assist with dashboard configuration, updates, and reuse</p><p>· Support preparation of training materials and documentation</p><p>· Assist with data validation, quality checks, and sustainment artifacts</p><p>· Support analytics handoff and institutional adoption efforts</p><p>· Progressively develop Army Vantage skills over the period of performance</p><p>· Assist in preparation of training environments, datasets, and example dashboards</p><p>· Support logistics and execution of in-person and virtual training events</p><p>· Help develop and update training documentation, job aids, and reference materials</p><p>· Assist instructors during training sessions (e.g., troubleshooting, student support, setup/teardown)</p><p>· Perform data validation and quality checks on training datasets and dashboards</p><p>· Capture training feedback and assist in documenting lessons learned and AAR inputs</p><p>· Support reuse and sustainment of training materials and analytics products</p><p>· Progressively take on limited instructional roles, such as walkthroughs or demonstrations, as skills mature</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree (or progress toward degree) in technical, analytical, or quantitative field</p><p>· 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships, labs, or academic projects)</p><p>· Foundational knowledge of Python or SQL</p><p>· Understanding of basic data analysis and visualization concepts</p><p>· Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and tools</p><p>· Strong attention to detail and documentation skills</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p>· Exposure to analytics platforms, dashboards, or scripting tools</p><p>· Coursework in statistics, data science, or operations research</p><p>· Interest in operational analytics and decision support</p><p>· Prior military or government exposure (not required)</p></div>
