<li>Gain a deep understanding of what it takes to create and maintain powerful open-source software platforms</li>
<li>Learn the technical and business knowledge to become leaders at Kitware</li>
<li>Be taught the fundamentals of project leadership skills and learn how to acquire funding to develop open source platforms</li>
<li>Gain a Master’s degree</li>
<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications:</b><br/>
<li>Completing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering in Spring 2026. (December 2025 graduates will also be considered.)</li>
<li>Demonstrable programming experience from undergraduate projects or internships</li>
<li>Programming experience in C++ and Python</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Due to contractual requirements, this position requires US Citizenship and a willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance</li>
<li>Full-time on-site work at Kitware’s office in Clifton Park, NY</li>
<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><br/>
<li>Existing experience with open source software development is a plus</li>
