development solutions that consider the safety and convenience of our customers as well as the future.RequirementsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS:Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Support ADAS feature development and customer change requests using the Model-Based Development environment to meet feature-level requirements and integrate within the production embedded software environment.</li><li>Develop detailed test cases and test scripts for MIL and SIL verification.</li><li>Work with the software team to integrate and autocode feature models for production software.</li><li>Execute test plans to verify system functionality across MIL, SIL, HIL, and vehicle levels.</li><li>Validate mass-produced ADAS features at customer locations in close collaboration with the customer and lead debugging efforts to resolve issues.</li><li>Perform system-level debugging across software and hardware boundaries and drive issues to closure.</li><li>Execute end-of-line (EOL) verification at customer plant facilities to support vehicle sign-off.</li><li>Support the development, build, and validation of promotional and demo vehicles.</li><li>Lead and coordinate debugging activities with cross-functional teams to identify root cause, confirm fixes, and propose protections against future regressions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with software developers, controls engineers, systems engineers, and test engineers across the organization.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed verification reports, test results, and technical findings to internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, tasks relating to the following areas transportation).</li><li>Entry-level to 5 years of industry experience related to ADAS software development and validation.</li><li>Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and automotive testing methodologies.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with automotive test instrumentation and validation tools.</li><li>Proficiency in automotive communication protocols, including CAN, CAN FD, and Automotive Ethernet.</li><li>Hands-on experience using Vector tools such as CANape and CANalyzer.</li><li>Experience using dSPACE ControlDesk or equivalent development and validation tools.</li><li>Proficiency in one or more programming languages: C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink.</li><li>Strong system-level debugging and root-cause analysis skills across software and hardware domains.</li><li>Experience working in an Agile or V-Cycle software development environment.</li><li>Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) processes, including requirements, design, implementation, verification, and validation activities.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with a variety of sensors (radars, ultrasonics, camera systems, and LiDAR).</li><li>Experience with software development processes including automated build and test in a test-driven development environment.</li><li>Experience supporting mass-production ADAS feature launches.</li><li>Experience working directly with OEM customers at test tracks or plant facilities.</li><li>Experience in building and validating promotional vehicles.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Empathetic collaboration and effective interaction with co-workers across disciplines and organizations.</li><li>Demonstrated initiative, resilience, strong work ethic, and a desire for continuous learning.</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced development environments.</li></ul>EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.</li><li>Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>Entry-level to 5 years of relevant industry experience in ADAS software development and validation.</li></ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:<ul><li>Ability to support testing activities in vehicle, lab, and plant environments.</li><li>Ability to travel to customer locations, test
