This position focuses heavily on peer-to-peer fundraiser recruitment and support. Areas of responsibility and associated task functions are outlined below. The goals and direct responsibilities associated with this position are to increase participant recruitment while providing positive relationships resulting in increased participation and revenue. By accomplishing these goals, participant recruitment and fundraising revenues will directly contribute to the bottom-line profitability and success of the Best Buddies Challenges. POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Business Analyst, Partnership Development is responsible for the daily monitoring, evaluation and analysis of multiple client files including placement and payment files. This individual also oversees several client reconciliation files to ensure consistency and accuracy of the inventory is maintained. Along with file monitoring, the position also entails assisting in client project support and client system support. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

	<li>Reviews and tracks incoming client files for both new business and payment volumes.</li>
	<li>Analyzes and reports on client placement data for inconsistencies or irregularities.</li>
	<li>Analyzes client reconciliation files for patterns and investigates opportunities to mitigate or resolve issues.</li>
	<li>Provides support with various client projects and implementations by submitting and overseeing tasks within our internal Synergy application.</li>
	<li>Creates and maintains CCS Gateway &amp; FACSWeb user profiles and access controls.</li>
	<li>Assists with preparing client month end reporting to ensure timely delivery.</li>
	<li>Assists with client profile creation and maintenance.</li>
	<li>Responsible for the creation of client-facing custom reporting as well as ad hoc reporting.</li>
	<li>Communicates the status of active projects timely. </li>
	<li style="text-align:justify;">Absorbs other duties as required by Manager.</li>
