What you will be doing
 
This position is responsible for executing the demolition and site preparation construction activities that will prepare the former Automotive Catalyst facilities for CMO installation.

<li style="text-align:justify">Manage Onsite Construction Activities (Vendor scheduling, Change Management, EHS standards, LOTO, etc.)</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">Troubleshoot and manage repair projects.</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">Commission new systems</li>
<li>Prepare progress and budget adherence reports </li>
<li>Maintain the facility’s cleanliness in accordance with established visual and lean methods</li>

Who we are looking for
 
Education:   
<ul>
<li>BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering</li>
</ul>
Work Experience:   
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience</li>
<li>Construction Management</li>
<li>Knowledge of Relevant Standards – NFPA, OSHA, ISO</li>
<li>Computer skills : Office, SAP</li>
</ul>
