<p><strong>This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Position Summary: </strong></p>

<p>The <strong>Micro Assembler C</strong> is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic assembly tasks under supervision. This position requires working with small hand tools and using a microscope for precise assembly operations. The role involves following assembly procedures, reading technical drawings, and contributing to meeting departmental production goals.</p>

<p><strong>Primary/Essential Duties:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Perform a variety of basic assembly operations under a microscope with minimal supervision.</li>
	<li>Conduct die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly, and other basic operations.</li>
	<li>Use small hand tools, such as tweezers and microscopes, to assemble components.</li>
	<li>Operate automatic equipment as needed for specific assembly tasks.</li>
	<li>Read and interpret assembly drawings and documentation to follow correct sequence of operations.</li>
	<li>Assist in meeting department production goals and quality standards.</li>
	<li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li>
	<li>Report any issues or defects to senior team members or supervisors.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Education/Experience: Minimum of 1-year micro-assembly or related work experience preferred.</li>
	<li>Skills: Good eyesight, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.</li>
	<li>Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and basic technical documentation.</li>
	<li>Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.</li>
	<li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.</li>
	<li>Ability to lift or move items up to 25 pounds.</li>
</ul>
