POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Lead is expected to provide excellent guest service and help cultivate a memorable facility experience. There will be event and supervisory responsibilities including setup and tear-down and assisting with execution. This position will also have a large role in supporting daily operations, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep. 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

<li style="color:#000000;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Perform setup and tear-down duties according to event and program specifications </li>
<li style="color:#000000;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Support all aspects of facility operations </li>
<li style="color:#000000;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Assist in performing preventative maintenance work </li>
<li style="color:#000000;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Assist with monitoring quality control of vendor performance </li>
<li style="color:#000000;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Consistently communicate issues and relevant updates to direct supervisor</li>

<li style="color:#000000;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Assist with identity and mitigating safety issues throughout the facility</li>
<li style="color:#000000;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Assist with medical and security issues throughout the facility according to our Emergency Action Plan training standards </li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

<li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal;">Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li>
