And do so while taking pride in the fact that each year, we devote a portion of our profits to help empower other women entrepreneurs who often don’t have equitable access to resources like capital, mentorship, and community.Job Description:We are seeking an On/Off Premise Beer Sales Representative for our New Jersey territory.&#xa0;The Beer Sales Representative works alongside distributor partners and local supplier distributor manager to ensure the successful sale, volume growth, distribution, brand presence and positioning of the supplier’s portfolio, working within a set list of on-premise accounts and/or large and small format off-premise accounts throughout the assigned territory.&#xa0;Here’s just a small sample of what you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Pursue new opportunities for distribution and impact local market to upsell, secure multiple SKU distribution, cooler visibility and displays</li><li>Work closely with local distributor manager and distributor partner to collaborate on goals and objectives and ensure proper product inventory and proactively manage OOS issues</li><li>Provide training to accounts on brand/product(s) to include ingredients and pairings, brewing process, history, quality and current trends</li><li>Maintain store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products, checking date codes, processing restocks and reorders as necessary according to the planogram standards</li><li>Sell-in and build brand displays according to off-premise standards</li><li>Execute POS programs to standard</li><li>Assist in executing impactful promotions and educational presentations, both independently and with team members, at accounts</li><li>Utilize on-line database and systems to track all territory progress</li><li>Maintain open communication with field and HQ</li><li>Manage budget and maintain records for monthly reconciliation</li><li>Ensure compliance of all alcoholic beverage regulations</li></ul>The physical demands of this role require the following:<ul><li>Bending, squatting, crouching and reaching, climbing, kneeling, and stooping including to arrange and display point of sale</li><li>Frequent lifting and moving cases of product and other objects of 50 pounds or more</li></ul>The above is not a complete listing of all miscellaneous, incidental, or similar duties which may be required from day to day.Qualifications:<ul><li>Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li><li>Must be 21 years or older</li><li>2-4 years demonstrated sales experience, preferably in beer, wine, or spirits</li><li>Previous retail, on-premise, or off-premise work experience is a plus</li><li>Experience as a Bartender, Waitress, Bar Management, Distributor Sales Rep, etc. is a plus</li><li>Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Must live in assigned territory with access to reliable transportation – large vehicle preferred&#xa0;</li><li>Must have valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle with clean driving record/background check</li><li>Must be willing to travel within assigned sales region</li><li>Must be able to lift and move cases of product frequently</li><li>Must be able to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale</li><li>Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, as needed</li><li>Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards</li></ul>Additional Information:The base compensation range for this job classification is between $45,000.00-$70,000.00 annually. Domestic Craft Beer will be your main focus along with a multitude of microbrew beers from around the world. Hired candidates will be responsible for forming relationships with our existing Off-Premise accounts, developing relationships with new Off-Premise accounts, and leveraging those relationships to increase sales and distribution of our products throughout the assigned geography. This position will cover the territory of Brooklyn.

Total compensation range including bonuses: $55,000 - $60,700 per year.

<li>Establish and maintain a regular weekly schedule of account appointments within the assigned territory</li>
<li>Develop and maintain effective account relationships and promote the goodwill of the company</li>
<li>Represent our world-class brands in the market</li>
<li>Grow brand presence within our existing bar, restaurant, and hospitality account base</li>
<li>Proper merchandising of accounts with permanent and paper POS</li>
<li>Effective accounts receivable collections according to State Law</li>
<li>Develop new accounts and new distribution</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information, and other questions as they arise</li>
<li>Execute monthly and quarterly goals as related to business activities</li>
