You Have: 
5+ years of experience as project or task lead

2+ years of experience with data related projects, including maintaining data security for Federal datasets

Experience with statistical and analytical work, including evaluating linkage accuracy and optimizing algorithms

Experience with cloud services and data engineering

Experience leading tasks or projects at or for a Federal agency or organization

Knowledge of data linkage methodologies, including deterministic and probabilistic, including POI and PPRL

Knowledge of Federal security policies, procedures, and standards

Public Trust

Doctorate degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or Behavioral Research

Experience with AI/ML methods for linkage optimization
