Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership’s assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.The Operations Engineer will support day-to-day operations with responsibilities including troubleshooting, process optimization and improvement, and improving product quality. QualificationsThe successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:<ul type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal">A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required..</li><li class="MsoNormal">A minimum of (3) years of experience in a chemical plant environment, or related industry is required.</li><li class="MsoNormal">A minimum of (3) years of experience with production, process, or mechanical troubleshooting and optimization activities is preferred.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Working knowledge of reliability improvement techniques such as predictive and preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, risk-based inspections, and total productive maintenance is preferred.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience with Process Modeling software, such as Hysys, is preferred.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Must show strong initiative, be self-motivated, work with minimal supervision. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, and be detailed oriented with the ability to handle fast-paced projects with constantly changing priorities and scope.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Must be proficient in balancing multiple priorities and activities and be able to meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Must demonstrate a proven track record of working in a team environment, possess a strong technical/problem solving aptitude and be data driven.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Ability to solve complex problems by identifying and enrolling appropriate resources is required.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Ability to quickly absorb the key deliverables and not get mired in detail is required.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Knowledge of DCS and advanced process control systems is preferred.</li></ul>
