• Ensure proper set up of film, zipper, labels, cheese and operation of machinery.<br>
• Frequently inspect conveyor belt to ensure smooth flow of cheese.<br>
• Inspect Machine E stops to ensure functionality before production starts.<br>
• Load cheese.<br>
• Grease/clean machine and perform basic maintenance tasks based on preventative maintenance schedule.<br>
• Ensure cheese quality.<br>
• Ensure that products produced are within the weight specification/regulation per our Statistical Process Control (SPC) programming system.<br>
• Disassembly and assembly of equipment.<br>
• Sanitation of machinery.<br>
• Productive use of down time.<br>
• Communicate to line personnel on daily production issues, changes, and safety issues.<br>
• Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently.<br>

This role involves operating and maintaining setups for conventional, special purposes, and numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers to fabricate and assemble both metallic and nonmetallic components by performing the following tasks. The wage range for this position is $20.34 - $22.50 an hour, with a 10% shift premium. </span></p>

<li>Handle racking and unracking of parts with care, complete all required paperwork accurately, including computer data entry when applicable, and confirm that parts are processed using the correct cycles, durations, and temperatures.</li>
<li>Perform all necessary metallurgical tests, including case depth verification, hardness evaluation, and microstructure analysis. All procedures must be executed precisely without exception.</li>
<li>Operators may use forklifts, electric and hand trucks, or hoists to carry out these tasks safely and efficiently.</li>
