To accomplish this, Kodiak focuses on providing internal professional development and training, as well as the best benefits package in the industry.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Position Summary</b><br />Intermediate level position responsible for one or more operational compression jobs with direct responsibility for the operation of compressor packages, gas processes, and rental equipment.<span>  </span>Provides feedback for the development of the location’s operating policies, and material forecasts for assigned units.<span>  </span>Has intermediate level diagnostic and repair skills.<span>  </span>May backfill and assist other field positions on occasion.<span>  </span><br /><br /><b><span> </span>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Directs, coordinates, and performs the job activities in a manner consistent with the Kodiak’s procedures, goals and objectives.</li><li>Required to troubleshoot some complex repairs and major equipment overhauls and operation</li><li>Builds and maintains customer relationships.</li><li>Analyzes the job parts and supply inventory to effectively communicate with Supply Chain, ensuring a sufficient level of parts for optimal job performance.</li><li>Takes all corrective actions necessary to insure guaranteed 98% or better mechanical availability of equipment.</li><li>Attendance and participation in all HSE meetings and ensure adherence to all HSE protocols.</li><li>Maintain assigned units in a clean and presentable condition.</li><li>Completes the proper reports and actions required by the area’s operating procedures/policies</li><li>Provides 24/7 coverage</li><li>Works overtime and is available for on-call rotations. Communicates with maintenance regarding significant repairs.</span></li><li><span>Responsible completion of operating reports, notification of environmental deviations, and equipment lockout/tag-out for maintenance and repair.</span></li><li><span>Comply with all applicable EH&amp;S policies and procedures.</span></li><li><span>Perform skilled routine and non-routine maintenance on plant and surrounding equipment.
