From application through funding, your work ensures loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and with care, providing members with confidence at every step of their lending journey.By partnering closely with members, internal teams, and external vendors, you help deliver seamless lending experiences while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Your attention to detail, commitment to service, and ability to manage multiple priorities directly support BECU’s mission to improve the financial well‑being of our members and communities.Note: For those who reside in WA: this role will require at times to travel onsite to the office in Tukwila, WA on a periodic basis.<h2>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</h2><ul><li>Guide Loans from Start to Finish: You’ll manage the loan pipeline from application through funding, keeping things moving smoothly and on schedule.</li><li>Ensure Application Accuracy: You’ll review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and correct scoring within the Loan Origination System.</li><li>Prepare Closing Documentation: You’ll prepare, review, and finalize closing documents, ensuring everything is ready, compliant, and clear for member signatures.</li><li>Fund Loans with Precision: You’ll complete loan funding and disbursements accurately and efficiently, helping members access their funds without delay.</li><li>Support and Serve Members: You’ll work directly with members by answering questions, providing updates, and coordinating loan signing appointments.</li><li>Review Supporting Documentation: You’ll analyze income, collateral insurance, purchase orders, titles, and other key documents to ensure loans meet policy requirements.</li><li>Handle Complex Title Reviews: You’ll conduct detailed title reviews, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all regulatory and policy standards are met.</li><li>Partner with External Vendors: You’ll collaborate with vendors to clear collateral conditions and apply valuation cascades as needed.</li><li>Balance Multiple Work Streams: You’ll monitor multiple queues and inboxes, managing loans at various stages while meeting service level expectations.</li><li>Deliver Professional, Compliant Service: You’ll maintain high standards of compliance and professionalism while delivering prompt, respectful service.</li><li>Contribute Where Needed: You’ll take on additional duties as assigned, helping the team succeed together.</li></ul>This isn’t just about ticking off tasks on a list.
