As a Project Manager, you&rsquo;ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects from start to finish. You&rsquo;ll oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires both field and office collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
What you will do day-to-day
Project Planning &amp; Execution

<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects to meet deadlines and maximize productivity</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Manage project budgets, including labor, material, and equipment costs, from initiation through completion</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Prepare and maintain cost tracking reports, payment billings, schedules, and change orders</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Price, process, and track all project change orders; communicate adjustments to stakeholders</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure consistent standards across all projects</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Ensure compliance with building and safety codes, environmental regulations, and internal quality standards&mdash;promoting a safe, injury-free work environment throughout all phases of the project</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Investigate and resolve incidents or delays, ensuring adherence to proper construction procedures and timelines</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Oversee all BIM activities in partnership with the BIM Coordinator to ensure successful detailing and coordination</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Manage activities during the warranty period to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any post-construction issues</li>
</ul>
Subcontractor &amp; Team Coordination

<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Review job drawings and specifications to determine construction methods and scope</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Work collaboratively with Foremen, Submittal Coordinators, and Purchasing for timely procurement of materials and equipment</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Coordinate subcontractor documentation, work schedules, and materials</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Support vendor and subcontractor negotiations and help resolve worksite issues</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Engage regularly with field personnel and project stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure alignment</li>
</ul>
Client Communication &amp; Reporting

<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the project</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Conduct regular site visits and facilitate updates on project progress, milestones, and key decisions</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Collaborate with supervisory staff, design professionals, and clients to resolve work procedures, complaints, or construction challenges</li>
</ul>
What you will bring 
<ul style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0px;">
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Preferred: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or certificate in Construction Project Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and field operations</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction documentation</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and project management software</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: inter;">OSHA 10 or higher </li>
