Location: Venture Global Plaquemines Parish Liquefied Natural Gas (PLNG) facility in Cameron, Louisiana
General Description:&nbsp;
The Turnaround&nbsp;Coordinator (Mechanical) reports to the Shutdown Turnaround Outage (STO) Director and is responsible for managing the STO Mechanical work at Venture Global Plaquemines Liquefied Natural Gas (PLNG) facility. The Turnaround Coordinator position primarily coordinates and directs the safe execution of the Turnaround Mechanical works and will be required to interface and work in collaboration with Turnaround Contractors, Operations, Maintenance (Planning and Execution), Engineering, Procurement, Warranty, Project Departments among others.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Manages and Coordinates Mechanical Turnaround work execution according to Venture Global HSSE process and procedures, to prevent or mitigate exposures to unsafe work conditions or SIMOPS.</li>
<li>Manages and Coordinates Mechanical Turnaround work execution according to VGIMS (Venture Global Integrity Management System), VGLNG Work Management and STO Management process and procedures.</li>
<li>Responsible in meeting VG STO Gate process deliverables under his area of responsibility.</li>
<li>Assures compliance with and communication of all conditions inherent to Management of Change within the operating facility.</li>
<li>Assists with coordination of daily schedule change and progress meetings, specifically assuring availability of essential stakeholders</li>
<li>Facilitates the Turnaround scope of work workshops under his area of responsibility, ensures works are captured in SAP, STO Revisions and STO IDs.</li>
<li>Serves as SME and supports Turnaround Planners for the development of execution work packs under his area of responsibility. Support the identification of risks on time, cost, scope, and provides recommendations for corrective and improvement actions.</li>
<li>Work with Turnaround Scheduler for the development of schedules under his area of responsibility and supports Critical Path Method (CPM)</li>
<li>Works with Turnaround Logistic Coordinator for logistics, tools, equipment certifications/mobilization as required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strict adherence to VGLNG Business controls, approved contracts/suppliers.</li>
<li>Participates in Turnaround contractor selection process, once the Contractor is onboard facilitated contractor’s work scope reviews and schedules and once in Execution controls Contractor timesheets.</li>
<li>Serves as “conflict resolution” interface between Contractors, Third parties and VG.</li>
<li>Monitors Pre-Execution and Post turnaround work progress against established schedule baselines. Updates, coordinates and communicate progress and schedule risk changes to all active parties and including third party contractors or vendors as required.</li>
<li>Act as SME for continuous improvement/Lesson learned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Minimum a high school diploma or GED. Technical degree, Mechanical Trade or PMP certification – or similar is a plus.</li>
</ul>
Experience&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Minimum three (3+) years’ work experience as Mechanical routine maintenance Execution Lead or Supervisor and three (3+) years as Mechanical Turnaround Coordinator in Oil and Gas, LNG or petrochemical facilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience in the different cycles of Turnaround and project controls and best practices.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in SAP Plant Maintenance as “End User” level.</li>
<li>Project Management PMP training or certification is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiar with Primavera Project Management P6, MS Project experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience in commissioning, startup, and maintenance of Oil &amp; Gas or petrochemical facilities is preferred.</li>
<li>Must maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good standing&nbsp;</li>
