The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Falcon Ridge Ranch as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future<strong>.</strong></span><span> </span></div>

<div><strong>What you will do:</strong> The Deputy Program Director is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as-well-as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices and laws. This person is responsible for the day-to-day site operations including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training.</div>

<div><strong>To be considered you should: </strong>Be empathetic, patient, consistent, and compassionate, have an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect ~ Have a BA/BS in a related field (Master’s Degree or Clinical License preferred) ~ Have a minimum of four years of experience in residential treatment facility management, clinical experience preferred. ~ Possess a working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program~ Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.</div>

You’ll work alongside industry experts who are eager to help you gain hands-on experience with our technical products while developing the relationship-building skills that drive customer success.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Begin your training at a local branch, shadowing both sales and operational roles to gain an inside-out understanding of the full equipment-rental lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Join your peers across North America for a digital onboarding class, designed to sharpen your sales technique for success in our industry while providing a collaborative training environment that helps you build and leverage a strong internal support network.</p></li><li><p>Progress through a series of outbound sales campaigns that provide exposure to different construction verticals, varying customer spend levels, general vs specialty equipment rentals, and both new and existing customer segments.</p></li><li><p>Master key United Rentals sales tools, including our CRM, inventory management platforms, customer portal, and mobile applications.</p></li><li><p>Lead high-level sales conversations involving price negotiations, multi-piece rental requests, government and educational collective agreements, equipment service contracts, the sale of used equipment at the end of its rental life, and much more.</p></li><li><p>Learn proven sales methodologies to deliver solutions for our customers and drive revenue growth.</p></li><li><p>Participate in local team initiatives such as daily safety huddles, customer appreciation events, equipment yard sale events, customer entertainment outings, charity drives, and 1UR internal team-building workshops.</p></li><li><p>Track your Sales Development progress through multiple achievement levels, with access to real-time sales performance metrics and weekly peer-ranked competitions.</p></li><li><p>Receive daily feedback from corporate and local leadership meetings, call coaching sessions, and ride-alongs to local jobsites.
