Supply Chain Development Program - January 2027

Communicates with parish clergy and staff as needed for maintaining contracts. <h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2>Education: A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.Experience:<ul><li style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);">Has knowledge of the Education for Ministry program and familiarity with its training program, with coordinator, trainer, and mentor networks and with the Episcopal diocesan and church structures.&nbsp;</li><li style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);">Has experience with the EfM Program or a similar adult education program.&nbsp;</li><li style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);">Can design and lead training and evaluate effectiveness.&nbsp;</li><li style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);">Has an appreciation for how to train, manage, support, and inspire volunteer servant leaders.&nbsp;</li><li style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);">Has at least five years’ experience in a management and leadership position.</li></ul>Job-Related Skills: Strong writing, speaking, listening, public relations, marketing, training, organizational, planning, project management, attention to detail, problem/issue resolution, negotiation, decision-making, accounting, computer (word processing, spreadsheet, database, electronic publication and communication media, PowerPoint, and Google Apps software) and desktop publishing skill, is flexible and works well independently.
