About this Role:
NorthStar Energy Services, a Quanta Services Company, is seeking a Jr. Scheduler who is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules across multiple job sites to ensure accurate, timely, and data-driven scheduling outputs. This role works closely with the Lead Project Scheduler and project controls team to build, update, and monitor project schedules, providing entry-level scheduling support in a dynamic field environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on scheduling expertise while contributing to the accuracy and integrity of master project timelines. This position will be located ON-SITE in Afton, TX.

What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent, under the direction of the Lead Project Scheduler.</li><li>Collect and incorporate field progress data, including quantities installed, manpower, and equipment utilization, into schedule updates on a daily and weekly basis.</li><li>Identify schedule variances, float consumption, and potential delays, and communicate findings to the Lead Project Scheduler with supporting data.</li><li>Support schedule reporting by preparing look-ahead schedules, progress curves, and other scheduling deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with field teams to validate progress data for accuracy and completeness before integration into the master project schedule.</li></ul>

What You'll Bring:
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, preferred</li><li>3+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or a related field</li><li>Background in construction, engineering, or utilities preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and project lifecycle documentation, preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data integrity.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with scheduling or project controls software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).</li><li>Excellent communication skills for working with field personnel, schedulers, and management.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li></ul>

Job Summary

The Director of Surgical Services will be responsible for oversight of the perioperative quality improvement program, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, RNs, and other surgical services staff to develop and implement strategies to improve clinical and surgical outcomes.

	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Lean Project to reduce OR tray Volumes and enhance storage across surgery</li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Assist and coordinate regulatory rounds in each area and assist managers in addressing deficiencies, so the environment of care and infection control practices are elevated. </li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Assist managers in completing LEAN projects to improve workflow</li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Same Day Surgery Nausea Project</li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">CS ASAP tray project with GYN Unit</li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Main OR Tray reduction project</li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Main OR Renovations- Currently looking at coordinating storage space on third floor and plan for additional adding on of ORs, CS, PACU and Same Day Surgery in future.</li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Assist with Education and roll out of new consent process across surgery.</li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Assist with roll out and consistency for huddle boards in Periop Services</li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Individuals will function to assist each area in monitoring and setting goals for quality outcomes.</li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Individual with collaborate with Quality Department to promote staff awareness of quality outcomes and metrics.</li>
	<li style="margin-top:8px; margin-right:48px; margin-bottom:8px">Individual will assist with the implementation, development of order sets and processes related to Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Program.</li>
