<h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3>
<p>At OSI Maritime Systems, you will lead the technical execution of software feature teams delivering mission-critical navigation and tactical solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, team development, and delivery accountability, ensuring high-quality software is delivered reliably from concept through release.</p>
<h3><strong>What You will Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end software development (requirements, design, implementation, testing, release)</li>
<li>Provide technical direction and prioritization to developers, testers, and Technical Team Leads</li>
<li>Deliver high-quality software with predictable timelines and strong engineering discipline</li>
<li>Ensure designs meet architectural standards and quality expectations</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate technical risks early to protect delivery</li>
<li>Partner with Software Project Managers and cross-functional teams to align on scope and priorities</li>
<li>Drive improvements in testing, automation, and development practices</li>
<li>Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You Will Bring</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership</li>
<li>Strong programming skills in <strong>C/C++ and/or Python</strong></li>
<li>Experience with <strong>Windows-based application development</strong></li>
<li>Solid understanding of software design, testing, and CI/CD practices</li>
<li>Proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality software on schedule</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills</li>
<li>Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>
