Job Summary:
 We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer & Product Owner to own and drive the development of our real-time Python application. This role involves leading a team of developers, managing timelines, and collaborating closely with a project manager to ensure successful execution.
The ideal candidate is not just a technical expert in Python and Node.js but also a strategic leader who can balance hands-on development with team management, product ownership, and roadmap execution. This role requires someone who thrives in a high-availability, real-time environment and can optimize communication frameworks for AI-driven applications.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Technical Leadership & Team Management
<ul>
<li>Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.</li>
<li>Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, and resource allocation, working closely with a Project Manager to align development with business objectives.</li>
<li>Own the architecture and design of scalable, real-time communication systems using Python, Node.js, Redis, containerization, and cloud technologies.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in development processes and system performance.</li>
<li>Ensure low-latency, high-availability communication pipelines for AI-powered applications.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Full Stack Development
<ul>
<li>Drive the design and development of our existing scalable real-time communication systems using Node.js, Python, containerization, Redis, and other relevant technologies. </li>
<li>Experience with asynchronous programming / multi-threading. </li>
<li>Ensure low-latency, high-availability communication pipelines for AI-powered applications and services. </li>
<li>Maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging trends in real-time communication technologies and AI integration. </li>
<li>Experience with a variety of Python packages, including the following:  </li>
<li>Asynchronous Programming and Web Frameworks: FastAPI, Uvicorn, Aiohttp, Asyncio </li>
<li>Data Manipulation, Validation, and Processing: Pandas, Openpyxl, Numexpr, Python Dateutil, Tqdm, Pydantic Settings </li>
<li>Database Interaction: SQLAlchemy, Psycopg2, Pgvector </li>
<li>Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing: LangChain, Tiktoken, Litellm, Semantic Router </li>
<li>Configuration and Environment Management: Python Dotenv, Toml </li>
<li>Cloud Services and Storage: Azure Storage Blob</li>
<li>Communication Frameworks: Redis, BullMQ</li>
<li>Error Monitoring and Logging: Sentry SDK </li>
<li>Testing: Pytest </li>

<li>Full Stack Development

<li>Integrate machine learning and natural language processing tools into the communication platform. </li>
<li>Implement context-aware conversation features. </li>

<li>Quality Assurance and Monitoring

<li>Implement testing strategies to ensure code quality and reliability. </li>
<li>Set up error monitoring and logging with tools. </li>
<li>Manage configuration and environment settings. </li>
</ul>

<li>Cloud Services and Storage 
<ul>
<li>Utilize Azure and other cloud services for efficient data storage and retrieval. </li>
<li>Implement best practices for cloud-based infrastructure and distributed systems. </li>

<li>Mentorship and Collaboration

Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in Python and Node.js.</li>
<li>Proven leadership experience in managing developers, technical projects, and timelines.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and distributed systems.</li>
<li>Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (Azure, AWS).</li>
<li>Proficiency with Redis, and real-time communication frameworks.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical initiatives.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in working with project managers.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience with AI/ML integration, especially in natural language processing. </li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) and cloud storage solutions. </li>
<li>Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. </li>
<li>Experience with database systems and data processing libraries. </li>
