Prescient Edge, in support of National Air and Space Intelligence Center contract requirements, is currently seeking Software Developers to design, develop, test, field, and maintain a web-based application. As a member of a team, the Software Developers will contribute to the operational maintenance and continued development of a web-based application that provides analytic tools and interfaces to a database of technical information.

Responsibilities 

<ul>
	<li>Applies working knowledge of web applications, relational databases, and related programming languages, tools, technologies, and standards. </li>
	<li>Develops interfaces to include interactive webpages and web services. </li>
	<li>Possesses sufficient writing skills to prepare and generate technical reports and other documentation pertinent to the position.  </li>
	<li>Interfaces with government and civilian agencies as required. </li>
</ul>

 
<ul>
	<li>Must be a U.S. Citizen. </li>
	<li>Active TS/SCI clearance</li>
	<li>Must be able to lift/carry 20-50 lbs.</li>
	<li>Possess a bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology. </li>
	<li>Have demonstrated experience in developing Angular user interfaces for web applications.  </li>
	<li>Be well versed in many of the following programming languages, tools, technologies, and standards that are used by the project:
	<ul>
		<li>Angular</li>
		<li>Java</li>
		<li>Python</li>
		<li>SQL</li>
		<li>PHP</li>
		<li>Cloud (AWS) technologies</li>
		<li>Docker</li>
		<li>Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Have good written and verbal communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.</li>
	<li>Security+ certification is preferred.</li>

Software Developer is a critical role in the development of InfoLink, Crown’s global fleet management software solution.  Crown’s award-winning InfoLink is a SaaS solution built on Amazon’s AWS platform using leading technologies such as Docker Containers, Python, C# / .NET, Java, Spring Cloud Framework, and Angular.
 
The Software Developer analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and develops computer applications, systems and related procedures.  The Software Developer also prepares program specifications, codes, tests, and debugs computer applications.  Join a full stack development team practicing agile development methodologies with DevOps support.
 
Location: This position is based in our New Bremen, Ohio global headquarters. These locations are reasonably close to Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Toledo, and Cleveland.
 
Remote Work: Crown offers mostly remote work for this position. A reasonable driving commute of the New Bremen, OH location is necessary since occasional onsite work is required.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
·       High School diploma or equivalent is required.
·       2 or more years’ experience in software development (Java and Angular experience required). Salary will be commensurate with applicable experience.
·       Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
 
Preferred Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, along with C# experience is preferred.</div></div></div>
