Agent Development (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain lightweight AI agents and automation workflows to improve Technology and PMO processes.</li><li>Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt-based workflows, and internal copilots using modern LLM platforms.</li><li>Automate repetitive operational tasks such as meeting summary generation and action tracking, status report roll-ups, intake triage and intelligent routing, approval reminders and workflow notifications.</li><li>Create reusable prompt libraries and structured templates to improve output consistency and governance.</li><li>Build simple APIs, scripts, or low-code automations (Python, Power Automate, etc.) to integrate AI tools with internal systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, Monday.com).</li><li>Test, validate, and monitor AI outputs for accuracy, explainability, and risk alignment, escalating issues appropriately.</li><li>Adhere to enterprise AI governance, security, and data privacy standards when developing automation solutions.</li><li>Participate in AI risk assessments and model documentation processes as required.</li><li>Document technical design, assumptions, and controls in accordance with internal AI governance standards.</li></ul>AI &amp; The EndoSec Hardware Security and Vulnerability Analyst is responsible for extracting and analyzing firmware and data at rest, identifying vulnerabilities in software, firmware, and hardware, as well as developing proof of concept exploits. The candidate will collaborate with other engineers and security experts to find and exploit security flaws and vulnerabilities within devices and designs as well as to build secure and efficient systems, contributing to our products and services? ongoing security and privacy. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

	<li>System Analysis: Analyze systems to understand functionality, failure points, and consequences of failure.</li>
	<li>Security Measure Circumvention: Bypass implemented security measures to gain access to sensitive data, including enabling debugging, forging or bypassing signatures, gaining elevated privileges, and simulating environmental and working conditions.</li>
