Job Description:
NDi is seeking a Senior AI Integrator to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML solutions for Civil Engineering operations at Westover Air Reserve Base. This is a high-impact, autonomous role requiring a "full-stack" AI practitioner who can navigate the complexities of data engineering, cloud architecture, and DevOps within secure DoD environments.
The successful candidate will not only build custom neural networks but will also architect the supporting infrastructure for mission-critical applications in contract analysis, energy optimization, and snowfall recovery. This role requires a rare blend of deep technical execution and the ability to translate complex AI workflows for Government stakeholders and Air Force personnel.
Requirements:

<li>U.S Citizenship required.</li>
<li>This role is fully onsite (5days / week) in&nbsp;Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA.&nbsp;</li>
<li>No clearance required - just the ability to obtain a military CAC to access the base.</li>

Qualifications and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or data science.</li>
<li>Specialized AI Focus: At least 5 years of hands-on experience specifically dedicated to building and deploying custom AI/ML models, with a focus on neural networks and deep learning.</li>
<li>Technical Stack Proficiency: AI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.</li>
<li>Big Data: Apache Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, and PostgreSQL.</li>
<li>Languages/Frameworks: Advanced Python, Django, Celery, and Linux-based environments.</li>
<li>Integrations: REST, GraphQL, and MQTT.</li>
<li>Infrastructure &amp; DevOps: Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing within a DevSecOps framework.</li>

AI/ML Engineering: Design, train, optimize, and deploy custom AI/ML models (including deep learning and neural networks) tailored to specific Civil Engineering use cases.

Systems Architecture: Set up and manage the full development lifecycle, including test and production environments, within approved secure boundaries.
