<h1>Lead AI Solutions Architect – Full Stack (Incubation Team)</h1><h2></h2><p>We are seeking a <b>Lead AI Solutions Architect – Full Stack</b> to join our Incubation Team, where we explore, prototype, and validate next-generation Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions. <b>This position is a hands-on leadership role requiring practical expertise in Agentic AI, data science, engineering, and solution architecture.</b> It demands close collaboration with product and engineering teams, as well as providing technical guidance across incubation projects.</p><p></p><p>This role is ideal for a builder–thinker who thrives in ambiguity, can rapidly learn new business domains, and enjoys turning complex workflows and user problems into demo-ready, production-minded AI solutions.
