Additionally, this role will need to exhibit strong communication skills in order to lead cross-functional teams internally to Samsung and externally with equipment vendors and OEMs.Role and ResponsibilitiesHere’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:<ul><li>Manage fab wide equipment engineering improvement projects across cross-functional teams and business units.</li><li>Work with fab engineering teams to analyze equipment gap-to-goal and drive initiatives to meet performance metrics.</li><li>Staff/Executive level presentations, proposals and status reports to drive continuous improvement process.</li><li>Possess expert understanding of semiconductor equipment and should be capable of shifting focus of individual goals when priorities change.</li><li>Work with multiple engineering teams to reduce inefficiencies using data analysis and lean methodology.</li><li>Work with equipment analytics and solutions team to interpret data to develop and implement novel solutions for cross functional teams.</li><li>Role may require working with OEM vendors to support parts, process improvements and escalate critical business needs in a timely manner.</li></ul>Skills and QualificationsHere&#39;s what you&#39;ll need:<ul><li>B.S. in mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering preferred. Full-Stack Developer (Centralized Compute)Description -Description:Our ideal candidate is a versatile Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup culture where curiosity, innovation, ownership, and agility are key. We focus on telemetry, remoting, and manageability for Centralized Compute environments. This role spans backend development in Python and Go and building and maintaining intuitive UIs. Experience with system observability with Prometheus and telemetry tools is a plus.
