SUMMARYThe Raybern&rsquo;s Senior Manager Data and Analytics role will play a critical role in transforming large, complex datasets into actionable business insights that drive sales growth, operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This role will support commercial, finance and supply chain teams through advanced analytics, predictive modeling and data visualization. The Data Scientist will work across multiple syndicated and internal data sources to develop reporting frameworks, optimize trade spend, support forecasting and provide insights into customer and store-level performance.&nbsp; ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:&nbsp;Data Strategy and Data Management&nbsp;<ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Maintain an inventory of existing data sources and data capabilities across the organization.</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Integrate and analyze syndicated and internal datasets including: NielsenIQ, Circana, 1010data, Datassential, X3, Retailer data platforms (Retail Link, Madrid)</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Transform large, complex datasets into clear business insights to support decision-making.</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Identify opportunities to improve data infrastructure, automation, and accessibility.</li></ul>KPI Development and Executive Scorecard<ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Develop and maintain consumption KPI scorecards for executive leadership.</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Produce standardized reporting including: Consumption reports by customer, Consumption trends by time period, Channel and retailer performance tracking</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Ensure reporting consistency and accuracy across business units.</li></ul>Retail Sales Analytics&nbsp;<ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Manage weekly Walmart and Sam&rsquo;s Club sales reporting, providing insights across the store network.</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;">Analyze performance across 4,700+ stores to identify trends and opportunities including: Store-level sales performance, Top-performing stores, Regional demand patterns, Distribution voids</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;">Provide regional and distribution recommendations to support retailer merchandising decisions (e.g., identifying distribution centers where specific products would outperform alternatives).</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;">Provide analytical inputs for S&amp;OP and AOP planning cycles.</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;">Support forecasting discussions in monthly sales connect meetings.</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;">Develop models to improve forecast accuracy across customers and products.</li></ul>Financial Modeling &amp; Reporting Support<ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Provide modeling inputs for financial reporting and planning.</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Support revenue, margin, and cost analyses tied to sales performance and promotional activities.</li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;line-height:115%;">Assist in evaluating trade investments and promotional ROI.</li></ul>Product Lifecycle &amp;
