In this role, you will ensure that all data describing software–hardware connections, configurations, tests, and outcomes is centralized, modeled, and exposed through intuitive dashboards and applications. Staff Data Engineer – Testable Functionality Rollout Plan

Data Engineer

7+ years in software and/or data engineering; strong Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, and React experience; backend and data modeling skills.

Duties
Duties include but are not limited to the following:

<li>Design and develop dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using tools like Power BI or Tableau</li>
<li>Build and maintain data models, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines</li>
<li>Integrate and analyze data from D365 F&O, agronomy systems, IoT devices, and external sources</li>
<li>Support traceability, quality, and food safety reporting across operations</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate findings to business stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across systems</li>
<li>Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Agronomy, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions</li>

 Minimum Requirements
