<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>

<li>Build, update, and maintain transmission and generation models supporting reliability, economic, and policy studies through collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders—including Transmission Owners, Generator Owners, Balancing Authorities, RTOs/PCs.<br />• Contribute to and support ERAG MMWG model development, data management, case preparation, and reporting along with modeling work associated with planning‑related NERC compliance filings (MOD, TPL), ensuring adherence to OATT/Tariff and FERC/NERC requirements.<br />• Provide technical engineering support for internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling data submissions.<br />• Examine complex system data, evaluate modeling risks, and identify engineering solutions.<br />• Make recommendations affecting the design, scheduling, and completion of projects that may affect multiple departments or the division. <br />• Contribute to  complex projects requiring coordination across multiple departments and divisions. </li>

<p><strong>Required Education & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical and Computer Engineering<br />• Three years related energy industry experience (five preferred) with Transmission Owners, Generator Owners, Balancing Authorities, RTOs, or Planning Coordinators.<br />• Power system modeling experience, including power flow and dynamic simulation tools such as PSS®E, MUST, TARA, TSAT.<br />• Exposure to power system planning, bulk electric system operations, substation design, or protection/control engineering.<br />• Experience supporting FERC/NERC compliance evidence.</li>

<p>The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $109,000-134,000 USD annually.  Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.<em>  </em></p>

<p>The <strong>Systems Test Engineer III</strong> is responsible for ensuring hardware and software products are integrated correctly, and to ensure quality standards and stakeholder requirements are met. This role involves leading the system test and verification activities, performing Requirements Verification testing for electronic controls used in Rheem Air and Water products. This position is responsible for analyzing system and subsystem requirements, developing test cases, test plans and test setups, automating test cases and performing testing for Functional and Non-Functional Requirements for assigned projects. Candidate will lead small team of engineers in this effort.</p><p>This position will serve our <strong>Enterprise Division</strong> and located in <strong>Indianapolis, IN (Onsite).&nbsp;</strong></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><div><ul><li>Lead System Test activities for assigned Products.</li><li>Analyze requirements and create test cases, test scripts/automation and develop test setups to verify the products design specifications and requirements.</li><li>Develop test plans for the testing of product software releases, milestones.</li><li>Perform requirements verification testing to validate that products meet design specifications and functional requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform load, stress and performance testing to verify non-functional requirements and product stability.</li><li>Analyze failures and open tickets.
