Position Overview:
This position is for a Staff Systems Engineer. You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations.  The position will primarily support the operations for a software system.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams</li>
<li>Performing requirements management including requirements creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, compliance matrices, etc.</li>
<li>Developing test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell off events</li>
<li>Decomposing system requirements and collaborating with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions</li>
<li>Supporting the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities</li>
<li>Participating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards</li>
<li>Conducting testing events of software solutions and generating Test result documentation</li>
<li>Supporting operations of software with tasks such as enterprise test events and user integration and onboarding</li>

Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT, or related engineering field</li>
<li>At least 5 years of professional experience working in software development or systems engineering</li>
<li>Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to develop requirements</li>
