The individual will work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize quarterly model enhancements and collaborate with the rest of the Annuity Model Development team to implement model enhancements appropriately and efficiently as well as develop and execute post enhancement implementation validation and analysis processes.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you'll be doing</b></H2></div><div><p>•Gain a thorough understanding of the existing AXIS payout annuity model and its applications. <br>•Take ownership of the payout annuity model, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of model operations and results.<br>•Help in leading the development of the payout annuity model to support critical business processes, including Stat, GAAP, and Tax Reserve reporting, Asset Adequacy Testing, Asset/Liability Management, Financial Plan and Economic Capital projections.<br>•Collaborate on the development of end user tools to support model validation and analysis.<br>•Ensure proper documentation, review, and validation of model developments and enhancements.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What we’re looking for</b></H2></div><div><p><strong>Must have: </strong></p>
<p>•Actuarial modeling and/or valuation experience in GGY-AXIS<br>•7-10 years of actuarial experience<br>•Substantial experience with annuity products<br>•Significant exposure to regulatory/accounting/capital frameworks (STAT/GAAP/Tax, RBC, EC)<br>•Understanding of capital markets and financial instruments (assets and derivatives) that support Annuity products<br>•Excellent communication skills<br>•Works well in a team environment<br>•FSA designation (preferred) or ASA designation (required)</p>

<p style="text-align:left">The pay range for this position is $108,501 - $195,900 with <strong>anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range</strong> and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.</p>
