The Quality Assurance Engineer will drive process and continuous improvement initiatives within the Owensboro facility. This role supports quality control, supplier quality, material management, and corrective action processes. The engineer will analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance product quality and operational performance.

Consultation &amp; Analysis

Who we’re looking for:

<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">4+ years experience in Quality Assurance/Supplier Quality in tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry  </li>
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Expertise of DynFO and material Quality</li>
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Advanced knowledge of International standards (ISO).</li>
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li>
