<p><strong>The impact you will have on this role:</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with a proven track record designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Azure environments in large enterprise settings. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work both collaboratively and as a directly responsible individual (DRI). This role is responsible for architecting, migrating, developing, and implementing scalable, resilient cloud solutions across the Azure platform.</p>
<p>This is a highly technical, infrastructure-focused position accountable for multiple facets of cloud implementation and platform reliability.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
 <li>Design, build, and administer enterprise Microsoft Azure cloud environments, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, governance, and security</li>
 <li>Architect and implement highly available, resilient, multi‑region Azure solutions aligned with best practices</li>
 <li>Migrate on‑premises infrastructure services to modern, cloud‑based Azure platforms</li>
 <li>Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement</li>
 <li>Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Azure CLI, Puppet, and Ansible</li>
 <li>Build and deploy Azure resources using automation pipelines and CI/CD tooling
  <ul>
   <li><strong>Partner with technology risk, cyber security, and IT architecture stakeholders to implement DLP, security, identity and access controls across Azure environments.</strong></li>
  </ul></li>
 <li>Support application teams in adopting, transforming, and modernizing workloads on Azure</li>
 <li>Ensure infrastructure meets <i><strong>DTCC</strong></i> required performance, availability, reliability, and capacity standards
  <ul>
   <li><strong>Collaborate with Cloud Networking Engineering to design and implement Azure networking solutions, not limited to hybrid connectivity, DNS, cloud transport, and cloud proxy/firewalls</strong></li>
  </ul></li>
 <li>Secure, manage, and monitor Azure environments using Azure‑native tools</li>
 <li>Administer <i><strong>VDI workloads</strong></i> hosted Windows in cloud environments
  <ul>
   <li><strong>Linux management is out of scope</strong></li>
   <li><strong>General windows management is out of scope, only the VDI workloads hosted is applicable.</strong></li>
  </ul></li>
 <li>Utilize scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, Perl, and Azure CLI</li>
 <li>Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms</li>
 <li>Use Git for source control and version management</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
 <li>Minimum of 8 years of related experience</li>
 <li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Talents Needed for Success:</strong></p>
<ul>
 <li>5+ years of experience designing and deploying enterprise‑scale Microsoft Azure cloud solutions</li>
 <li>Strong hands‑on experience with Azure infrastructure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, Azure Storage, Azure App Services, Azure SQL/MySQL, Azure Automation, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery</li>
 <li>Experience implementing and operating monitoring and observability solutions using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of identity and access management, including Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID</li>
 <li>Proven experience designing resilient, fault‑tolerant, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure</li>
 <li>Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (including Terraform Cloud), Azure CLI, and automation pipelines</li>
 <li>Proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps (or equivalent) for deploying infrastructure and applications</li>
 <li>Experience using Git for source control and version management</li>
 <li>Working knowledge of Azure networking concepts, including hybrid connectivity and enterprise‑grade network design</li>
 <li>Experience administering both Windows and Linux operating systems in cloud environments</li>
 <li>Proficiency with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Perl, and Azure CLI</li>
 <li>Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as PowerShell DSC, Chef, or Puppet</li>
 <li>Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes supporting containerized workloads</li>
 <li>Familiarity with serverless computing models and associated cloud‑native toolchains</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of cloud security principles, governance frameworks, and policy‑driven controls</li>
 <li>Experience supporting large, distributed, or mission‑critical systems in enterprise environments</li>
 <li>Background in hybrid cloud architectures and complex enterprise integrations</li>
 <li>Azure certifications such as AZ‑104, AZ‑305, AZ‑400, or related credentials are strongly preferred</li>
 <li>Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills</li>
 <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently as a directly responsible individual (DRI) while collaborating effectively across teams<br>
