<li>Ensure data models follow established best practices for performance, maintainability, and usability.</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across analytical products.</li>
<li>Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for data models, pipelines, and business logic.</li>
<li>Monitor and optimize data pipelines for reliability and performance.</li>
<li>Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and engineering.</li>

<p><span> </span><span><strong>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>

<li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Data Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and data analytics skills and experience considered</li>
<li>1-3 years of experience in data engineering is required, 5+ years’ experience is preferred</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including data lakehouses/warehouses, dataflows, and Spark/PySpark notebooks</li>
<li>Proficiency with SQL and scripting languages like Python</li>
<li>Proficiency with DAX and Power BI semantic models</li>
<li>Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing processes a plus</li>
<li>Experience with AX2012 or D365 F&O a plus</li>
