Job Summary

Responsible for designing and implementing workflow automation and document management solutions that streamline business operations across internal teams and external clients.

Owns the full lifecycle of solutions including requirements gathering, system design, workflow development, integrations, training, and ongoing support. Must maintain good customer relations, in addition to proper and timely completion of documentation.

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities

CONFIGURE/SUPPORT:

&uml; Effectively and efficiently design, configure, and deploy document management systems with a focus on DocMgt.

&uml; Ensure customer and internal document management sites are configured within the constraints of approved systems.

&uml; Provide remote support for clients.

&uml; Assist with document management scope of work development for clients.

&uml; Assist sales efforts with demo design and presentation.

&uml; Maintain proper response time.

&nbsp;

TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT &amp; INTEGRATION:

&uml; Configure and implement integrations between document management systems and external platforms.

&uml; Utilize tools such as SQL, REST APIs, automation platforms, and scripting to enable data flow and system connectivity.

&uml; Leverage modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to efficiently build and maintain integrations.

&uml; Troubleshoot and resolve system, data flow, and integration issues.

&uml; Configure and Maintain Document Capture Including Scanning &amp; OCR.

&nbsp;

CUSTOMER RELATIONS:

&uml; Listen to and resolve internal and external customer concerns in a timely manner.

&uml; Immediately report any customer concerns that have not been resolved to the customer&#39;s satisfaction to the Service Manager.

&nbsp;

DOCUMENTATION:

&uml; Prepare accurate and complete scope of work documentation.

&uml; Submit work orders after the completion of every service call.

&uml; Maintain consistent project management timelines with customers and TSC&rsquo;s.

&nbsp;

TRAINING:

&uml; Attend training seminars as required for all approved software vendors.

&uml; Attend product release meetings for all approved software vendors.

&nbsp;

&uml; Respond to Technology Services helpdesk tickets via ConnectWise PSA

&uml; Support VoIP (Intermedia Elevate), eFax (eGoldFax), print management, and document management users

&uml; Troubleshoot end-user issues and escalate when appropriate

&uml; Maintain SLA compliance, time tracking, and documentation standards

&uml; Deliver excellent customer experience across all interactions

Business Systems Engineer

Associate’s degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Development required; Bachelor’s degree in a similar field preferred; experience with workflow automation, document management, integrations, and data analysis.

Database Developer is responsible for the overall development, maintenance, and integrity of various reporting database. You will be responsible for testing, reviewing SQL queries, stored procedures and facilitating code reviews for improving and maintaining new and existing datasets. You will be required to collaboratively work with other infrastructure and business stakeholders to adhere to data governance and ensure system integrity.

Job Duties
<ul>
 <li>&nbsp;Responsible for integrity of data as utilized by the department</li>
 <li>Develops framework for the automation of data processes across platforms.</li>
 <li>Prepares data for use in reporting and business intelligence systems for internal and external stakeholders</li>
 <li>Creates policies and procedures documenting the technical and business criteria underlying the use of data by the department</li>
 <li>Ensures the propagation of Molina data management process for the department across functional units. This includes the collection of data, the sharing of data, and utilization of data across teams.</li>
 <li>Conduct periodic code review</li>
 <li>Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements</li>
 <li>Keep abreast of new technology to keep our platform current</li>
 <li>Conduct data analysis, Gap analysis, Root cause analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.</li>

Job Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science or relevant field. 4-5 years working in Data Development in in lieu of degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES:
<ul>
 <li>Minimum of 2 years hands on experience with SQL and database development, one of the BI analytics tool (Power BI, Tableau etc), MS Azure, Datalake, Databricks</li>
 <li>Minimum 2 years hands on experience using SSIS and SSRS.</li>
 <li>Knowledge of software development and application program interface.</li>
 <li>Ability to understand users’ requirements and a strong problem-solving skillset.</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science or System Analysis.
JOB PROFILE
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
<ul>
 <li>Minimum of 5 years hands on experience with SQL and database development.</li>
 <li>Experience working in a Medicare environment is highly preferred.</li>
 <li>Experience working with Python is highly preferred.</li>
